USB says 'the file system is not clean'?

I dont know if this has been posted before but when I put the usb in and press the usb button, it says that the file system is not clean. It used to work before but when i unplugged it and put it back in, it started saying this. please help

just hit scan and clean it .. it is the yellow button

I can't. It just says to press okay and if i press the record button it would say no stream file found and it needs to be DOS file system.

put it in your computer and see what format it says

put in you computer then open my computer and the n on the drive right click and say what file format it is ??

and then try and format it fat 32

go to my computer and right click in your usb and click in format and check,must be in FAT32 or just FAT

also this happen to me when i try to load DN but i was in BEV channel,you must be in DN channel if you try to load a DN file

also i have found that some usb sticks do not always work thats why i always buy kingston i have never out of owning tons of recievers never had 1 that it did not work on ..

but all of my usbs aren't working with it any more and they are all FAT32 and i also tried FAT. it's being gay

Format it to fat32 about 3 or 4 times. Then restart the computer and do it once more and it will fix it

this always happnes to me with my elite. I just do a format and it is fixed

ill try it but i doubt its gonna work cuz its doing it with all my usbs..
