Need help am newbie
Hi Everyone
I am new to this so sorry if I am posting in the wrong place, I have a Sonicview 360 premiere, I have two dishes, one pointed at 110 and one pointed at 119 I get the channels up to 417 but cant get any more, does anyone know if this is normal or do i need to do something to get the rest of the channels.

Change the transponder freq for 119 to 12239. I think a diseq switch would probably work better for your setup, instead of the SW-21 switch. Get a diseq switch, hook 119 sat into port 1 on diseq switch, hook 110 to port 2 on diseq switch. Hook cable up from diseq to STB. Go into sat setup, under diseq switch, define 119 to port 1, and 110 to port 2. let us know. May need to factory default. This will erase all your channels. Enter the settings I described for the diseq after you install it, and then scan the sats again...
