Help W/ locked 360 Premier

I am at a loss, 360 locked up tight......black screen, NO functions on remote control ...was working on channel 100, until I loaded on a file then whammo.....nothing. Can this be revived with a serial cable? Don't know what else to do.....any help would be appreciated.

You're best off to try loading the factory file with the cable and the loader program.

load the newest file on a flash drive turn the power off with the rear switch hold the ok button in keep holding in then turn the power back on should boot let off when you can see the boot optionthen load load the file hope this helps

I can't edit the post so I wanted to add, disconnect the RG6 cable
if those steps don't work for you the first time.

Thanks for the rapid responses I will try .....what is the latest file I should put on.....could I put on the factory clean and start fresh IF it works ?
