a little tidbit i stumbled across,, whether its true or not,,its still new news lol and as for right now,,belongs in the rumor mill

this is a c/p thought it was very good news if true .
listening to satalite radio channel *access america* tonight and there was a talkshow about nag3 and d*sh and bev .. the talk show host said.. *the american coders went to france in june of 2008 and cracked nag 3 for bev and d*sh, they are just waiting for d*sh to fully goto nag3 and they will release the code* yes.. live on sat radio 97w access america they said this. at 2:40 am april 21. 2009. hope i wasnt the only one listening to this broadcast. so that i not accused of rumors.. LOL

i listened to the show for a good 1 or 2 hours or more.. it was called *the FTA show*. the announcer talked to fta people all over the world. it was amazing some of the stuff they talked bout. like reciveing C-band with a Ku lnbf. and why u would need large dish size.. then they got into tech stuff even i was confused about.. LOL

I can see some truth to the fact for them to wait for Nag3 to be in full affect for DN before they release the crack..

Thanks JBD, I figure just a matter of time, when Charlie gets fully Nag 3, a release will be here. I think it is the smart thing to hold the release until all is Nag 3...

I do not know how are you Guys are familiar with German Nazi Enigma project. It was going to be unbreakable cryptology system developed before the War World II . Was broken before the war begin, by Polish mathematicians . I saw the movie recently about it and would like to point one moment of it . When inventors of Enigma presented it to Adolf Hitler and proudly guaranteed that it is absolutely safe one of the Intelligence officer said " Whatever one human being is able to invent another one can always guess " . I agree, this sounds quite strange.

So I dug this up, and since the name dssguy is mentioned as saying....

you just got to believe it. LOL

N3.. what we know..

According to DSSGuy R. Ward N3 is nothing more than N2 wrapped with betacrypt, & the 3rd party coders already have s/w for betacrypt to get the keys, keys are very long, but can be gotten.

As far as the new cards..
Rom 142 is already open in europe & is same as rom 240 & they've already dumped ram.

So, there will be 4 sets of keys. 2 for betacrypt & 2 sets of idea keys. These sit in eprom and can still be dumped..

All in all N3 actually limits their abilities they have, compared to now. They def won't be changing keys as often, and ECM's will be more difficult. Guess we'll see, but coders aren't worried..
