appears they found one of the coders,and claim he owned the website.

this info is posted outside rumors sections on some sites.it "appears" as legit information and official court docs.

In other court documents I saw about this coder specifically it claimed he coded for Viewsat, captain and coolsat and posted those fixes at the site specified in both the docs posted here and the other ones I saw.
