I gave up faith long time ago. All the main guys in vs are in jail. There are no coders working on it. TDG was the main middle man between coders and ftaers he is now in jail serving a 5 -10 year sentence. Mr. Viewsat is probably just buzzing his friends to spread rumors to be able to pay off his heavy $500,000 fine he got. The VS lab didn't get broken into cause there is no lab. Just another rumor to spread more rumors around. Vs did not come up with map57 fix before plastic because plastic was never down. They bought the fix from someone. SV is handing all their iks viewers to the feds on a silver platter with their new ihub dongle. IKS is suppose to be anonymous so why are they tracking you with serials? To cover their butts in court cause they know VS is over. If you don't believe me google Mr. Viewsat,thebroken,tdg arrested. I understand fta does not need blockers. However plastic needs to be open before its implemented to fta. Without plastic there would be no fta. Do not buy any SV receivers. Do not buy anymore VS receivers. FTA had a good run. Remember that this is an illegal hobby and it wasn't going to last forever. There are no coders working for viewsat just people with deep pockets who claim they are coders.

I don't know if there will be a N3 fix or not. Only time will tell. I do know that until there is a break on plastic there will be no FTA fix. I hope I am wrong, but I don't think so.

Well the broken or "the rat" was responsible for the arrests. He was the one who confessed. Do not believe anything he says. He is probably cooperating with feds.

First of all, viewtech is the company in trouble with the feds right now. They distribute the receivers. Viewsat is a company out of Korea that produces the receivers. Viewtech has recently been taken to court by the IRS. July 24th was the court filing I believe. In my opinion, Viewtech will fold and close shop, but it is very easy to open another distribution company in the U.S. for Viewsat. As long as that new company doesn't mess with third party software. I don't think any of Viewtech's misery will change the outcome of the stand alone fix. Only time will tell if there will be one.

I may be wrong but Free to air is totally legal. Now as for codes etc I could care less. But it seems when N2 came around the same rumors was running hot and heavy and most of them came from DN people.
Just my two cents I stay with Free To Air and I have a right to catch free programs and that's is fun for me. As for DN can't stand the outfit wouldn't deal with them again if they was the only way of ever getting tv. I caught them charging me 20 dollars a month to much for over a year and when I pointed it out to them they just said oh well sorry about that. So who is the thief here not me. I had it shut down and never to go again. If the wave crosses my yard and it's free I will catch it. Good luck everyone.

Just a quick question, I see you joined ABA 0n 9-22. If you think manufacturer's are going broke and giving up iks customers, and that there will be no N3 fix, why did you join an FTA sight?

To warn members not to go to iks route. SV is acting real suspicious with their ihub dongle making people register their serials. Thats asking for an invitation to be arrested. IKS is suppose to be anonymous. Why would someone make you register soemthing that could be already easy now a lot easier to track you down?
