take it for what it is, nothing. fixes just "appear" they aren't rolled out with an announcement.

Actually if you had read tomcats thread about when viewsat released the file for N2 they did announce it before hand and did in a very similar fashion. heres the threa

Let's review ... the release date of the 22nd was timed to happen just before the ruling from the Court of the 23rd. I'd put my money on the fact that was little more than a poor attempt at posturing 
If the coders were smart ... the would have released the file the second the judgement had been read - so as to make their point felt.
Alas, they didn't.

well they have been just charged for conspiracy not for stealling just for asking and offerring a reward
so here is my theory they have the n3 bin and are working on it working good so they release a bin for n3 it works (somewhat) then they say well it will get better then all of a sudden there sales skyrocket ..now here is the kicker they sell tons of recieves again then dish wins in court and they end up like freetech (coolsat) they can never touch a satellite again then they close up shop and all the people who just perchased a viewsat are stuck with a new reciever and there is no one coding for them
how do ya like that ..
remember they are in a bad place right now they wll only think of themselves
personally i will not now buy a reciever from them for about a year or atleast intil some more of the court stuff is over

If they release a bin then the other manufacturers will reverse engineer it in short order. Good for all but vs owners. jmo

I would like to beleive that there is a fix comming but from reading the new statement it doesn`t say that. What it says is news anytime now. that is quite the ambiguous statement it could mean anything from a fix will never come to he comes a fix to fixes are impossible. so I won`t get my hops to high.
