Annoucement n3 active in stream 7:00est

Nagravision N2 codes shutdown and the new N3 codes active on all DN Satellites now.

I see how that DN has turned off all transmitting of N2 active (CW) private codes, asof 7:00 EST today. All forums of previewing DN programming is now on N3 private codes, this is only one of many test modes DN will continue to uses until full implementation of their new encryption.

Many of the International channels might be gone after their mode changes have been made. This means DN is one step closer to implementing N3, and reports are that all FTA "eliminator’s", "st19" , "Atmega" both "USB" Enigma" and "IRD" cards are all down.
It is doubtful this is only another "ECM", DN doesn’t need to waste their time implementing nor coding them into the stream to stop us, and actually it’s only a matter of a few program updates into their DTH broadcasting uplink centers to activate n3. If this is just another ECM it should not have taken us all down across the board but we are down, so look for changes in Programming being boardcasing in n3 mode 100% on some birds. This would make since to have to shutdown one code to activate the other.

It will only be known if this is just another ECM if new A/R files are released in a few hours, or we may even see DN shutdown the n3 stream after implementation of N3 on some satellites.

If so this will shutdown those birds to fta. c/p

Since the card swap is not yet complete (as far as we know) I doubt this is the end of N2 and the beginning of N3, although that time is approaching.

when bev switched to nag3 on my cw600p you could check the keys and they would be gone all together no old ones or new ones
i just checked the dn keys and the old ones are still there so i doubt very seriously that this is nag3 most likely a new mapcall

Lady you should know better than to post this garbage. It's a simple map 3a change with a timer call. All camps are working on fixes. This only causes the chicken little sydrome. Delete what ever site you C&P this stuff from.

the post was written just a little to techey it had to be copy and paste from some whare and as far as ive read around the net its a map call and a autroll fix same as always but i do agree the end is nearfor nag 2 but how near who knows i can tell you this i have not recieved my new cards yet from dn here in centeral il. i got a letter months ago telling me to be looking for them in jan or feb of 09 so all the cards are not out yet unless they forgot me

Wow.. this will be my third time trying to post this.

All I want to say is this. Sorry, but this did not originally post as I had intended. Yes, like many others I am site cruising tonight. I did do a copy and paste and then tried to edit and move... but, the site kicked me off. To be honest, I didn't even know that it had posted and certainly not in this format. I have been trying to get back for some time, but, unable to do so. Again, sorry guys, this is not what I wanted to say nor where I wanted to put it. (although must admit thought that it was interesting when I first came across it)

Bigbird your "garbage" comment duly noted. I was not trying to cause trouble and can only assume that perhaps you don't know me well enough to know that.

I too have head that fixes are on their way, hopefully, we will be able to pick up our remotes fairly soon.

This is got to be just a rumor Lady V because my Nfusion is up and working find. Now every other receiver I own is down.Captiveworks,Viewsat,and Sonicview. Also I have a friend who is a charlie sub. He received his cards and they didnot work. Charlie is sending a tech out to his place tomorrow to see what the problem is. So it would not surprise me if Nag 3 has been put on HOLD.
