Im not too sure if either provider could even use any info gathered from a server that they run to enable the decryption of a signal....

If they run it, they are knowingly allowing people to bypass encryption to view their content. That would leave them without a leg to stand on.

In that event they are slitting their own throats as all end users would walk away completely free and clear of any wrong doing would they not?

Like I said on another thread, it could be like a bait car that police use, but I cant see that being the case. I think the first part of my post is more probable and reasonable.

The way I see it I don't have to prove if they are or are not...I'm not running IKS.....but you are apparently. You keep your head in the sand and ignore what people are telling you about IKS.

Ever heard of the MPAA they put up files all the time on torrents and then let unsuspecting individuals download them then hand out DMCA notices like homework.

I think its been proven that something happened. I've seen and posted pics of an attorney standing with "ravin" in a store front where Nfusions and other documents were removed (zekester knows about this he read a certain letter that I made him privy to). Which reminds me did you notice that pic of ravin and the attorney got removed from tinypic where I posted it? Kind of odd don't you think? It wasn't an adult pic and it didn't break any copyright laws....but yet someone had it removed? I can't even have the pic removed it I wanted to from tinypic and I posted it...but yet it is gone?

You go right ahead and run your IKS with raids going on, equipment being seized, documents being seized....let me know how all that works out for you?

I saw the pic was removed, but just because it was does not mean that control of the server was ever taken over, neither does a store that was raided, (no one knows why it was raided to date)... There are many reasons the store may have been raided. They could have been running an Nfusion wide open in store, or they could have been selling pre loaded boxes.

It is all pure speculation at this time.

If you have 100% proof or evidence that a bust of the Nfusion servers has occurred, then please share the info with all members. If you dont have proof or evidence, then offer your opinion, while keeping in mind that others may not share yours, but do so based on the knowledge that you do not have all of the answers.

what I see here is an attempt to scare people into not buying NFusion. The way I see it NFusion went down but was up faster than any other FTA receiver.NFusion is running IKS there is no real proof otherwise.In my opinion NFusion is the way to go

You're right could of been a number of reasons...among them that they were running a server out of the store. Now let me ask you this? If they meaning bev were not interested in end users then answer me this why did they seize

serial numbers of units purchased, credit card information, and paypal records

among other things? Now how do I know this? Because I have a letter that was sent to an individual caught in the snare. Feel free to interject your opinion and whatever else you can bring to the table...

OH here's some more speculation for your "approval". Still think Nfusion is perfectly safe?

Ok and tell me something sorry but if i got busted for something and it was going to affect others in a major way i am sure i would have got the word out there someway no matter what it takes to do it so please give me a break they were probably most likely selling drugs or some other illegal activities out of there store.Who knows but you say your pic is gone well why dont you just put it back up again and again everywhere you can and not just this site everywhere means everywhere you want to make people think that your right well here is your chance show us some legal docs that these people were arrested i am sure you cant do that that pic only showed me that there were two morons in a store didnt really show me anything else.I dont know but like others say its seems like all this is just some scare tactic that your trying to put into people and i am very sure you are doing that to several people but wow i hope you feel good about yourself must make you feel like a man LOL.You have a great day Vandal i am sure i will be hearing from you in the near future i must go now the fuzz is at my door as we speak.Bye bye Assman

WOW you got me figured out dude. I drove to Canada and obtained a Bev letterhead, typed up that letter and am in the process of submitting it to several sites. The gig is up I'm caught....

Now we can see that B3V has apparently gotten info from digital about persons who have purchased from them, and have also received info from dummy**** about some of their activities.

No where in there does it remotely imply that B3V has control over the server and is using it to nail end users.

Until that day happens and people have been busted it is pure speculation.

My post was based on 2 sides of the coin offering different possibilities. I try to keep an open mind.

I read the letter posted carefully--- It reads "should we wish to initiate legal action" tells me they can't do s**t unless they get help from people that they manage to scare with their letters. NFusion are legal FTA receivers we know it and they know it what they claim in the letter they can't prove so they are looking for our help.
