first release for the new VS Ultra Lite- Pftausw-080603ul

Well here it is the first release for the new VS UltraLite. This is not a beta and is pretty much bug free and runs like an Ultra. This little receiver packs a punch and is true to it's name as being an Ultra with the some fat trimmed off.
