Autoroll processing

Please Help. I am a newbie here. I just got my viewsat ultra lite. It has only worked for one day and now has been stuck on autoroll processing. I have done hard reboots and that hasnt helped. I also have the pftausw code. What else can I do? Thanks.

what is the last file you loaded to it

you should get the file call PFTAUSW-080723UL.PEG

that fix the autoroll problem... try to downgrade your file version and upgrade it again...

I will go for a full default reset and a factory bin for your ultralite box then upgrade to the PFTAUSW-080723UL.PEG and config your box

We all down/autoroll a new Bin/file will be out soon, the only thing you need is load the new Bin/file and you will be working again.
