viewsat ultra lite

hi I was wondering if you could help me, I have a viewsat ultra lite, whats the Epg Download, and where do I get this download. I copyed some recent codes to my flashdrive and downloaded it to the viewsat ul everything came up but they were all locked still with a $ sign on each channel any help would be great thanks.
