How to unzip the file once I load it to WINRAR

I have downloaded the bin file ending in 23 to my winrare,how do I unzip it before I put it on my flashdrive. Also will this code work I see ther is a more recent one but I cant download it for some reason

Open the file, then drag to your flash drive

Right click it and use "Extract All" then copy and paste the unzipped pgm file to your stick.

I use the same technique BoBo described if I have a .rar file. For zip files I use a program called Unzip(wizard). It has a 60 day eval period then is a one time$15. It formats your files for you and takes you through each step from opening to loading and ready to load in your receiver. It is easier than nothing, I highly recommend it. Just Google Unzip
