need help viewsat ultra lite

help im have been trying to load the files into my vs but when i open the loader and click the pc-stb all i get is error and the file does not transfer
im not sure if i even have the right file please help anyone im useign serial connection not usb

best thing you can do is get usb stick.makes it so much easier.they are so cheap now.all you need is 512 mb. then read instructions in viewsat help section.get newest file and have fun

check the propertys of the file it may be blocked
