Direct TV LNBSHP02, 10250 vs 10500 freq, echostar 7 119

Well i am having trouble finding the right frew since people tell me the LNBSHP02 must have 10500 since is the one dish of direct tv latin america use and some people here tell me to use the freq 11250. I am confused since with neither of the i cant get quality and barely signal that keeps dropping on some satellites. I wasted a lot of time trying to move my dish to echostar 7 and i really dont want to buy a sat finder. also some people tell me to use tp 12268 and other 12239. So which are the correct ione for my specific lnb? (LNBSHP02)
