ultra lite vs ultra

can someone tell me or post link to a comparison between the vs ultra and ultra lite? i have ultra but am thinking of getting ultra lite for my dad. someone told me today that it takes longer for a fix to come out for the lite. is this true? also how different is the menu and set up compared to vs ultra.thanks

Ultra Lite is replacing the old work horse VS-Plat and have somewhat similar features that were offered in Plat while Ultra is an upscale with many additional features that have been popular with huge user base like yourself..there is virtually NO diffrance in terms of release of file fixes for either reciever-remmember PLAT despite it's discontinuance is still supported promptly and IN FACT SHARES files with U/LITE..as such depending on ur convinieance and budget both will do good..enjoy d show...Viewsat rocks..gud luk..

i think the major difference is there is no composite video out on the lite but i may be incorrect.
