Just hooked up my viewsat ultra lite
which sat do I input in instalation for antenna?
Or what do I need to do before I put the flashdrive in?
I had a pansat before

I set 110 and 119 and autoscaned for channels got about 100 on 119 and 159 on 110
now I am trying to receiver upgrade USB and when I press OK for USB It does not go
to the next screen to select file. I checked the flash drive and it is there 1.54 MG
Do I have to turn off the unit before I plug in the flash drive? Please help

ok i just got here what dish and lnbs do you have did ya check yet because you should get more channels than that ..

now when you are in atenna settings where you scanned .then where you put the settings ..

what i need is the signal and qaulity the 2 green bars at the bottom right


and i need you to look up and see what satellite it says above that

I have two lnbs called Dish pro LNBF which both go to a splitter down to one cabel to the ultralite.

try this for the 110 sat:

signal and quality issues

if you are having problems with signal or quality try these steps:
* do a hard reboot with the switch on back.
* make sure you have the right sat selected in your antenna settings.
* check your antenna settings to be sure they are correct.
* check all your connections including the switch to be sure they are tight and working.
* if your quality is low or 0 you may need to align your dish.
* make sure you have the latest bin file.
* try different lnb types to be sure you have the right one.
* before moving, changing, or disconnecting any cables turn your stb off with the
switch on back.

When I change 119 to TP freq 12239 port1 110 is on port2 12224
I update yes and then when I go back to 119 it has switched back to 12224

When I am in antenna setup on sat 119 I change the TP freq to 12239
and the s goes to 85 and the Q to 100. I save and when I go back it is 12224 again

if your quality and signal stay it shouldnt matter.

but I do not get any channels from 119

did you do a channel scan, its in the menu.
if you did leave stb on ch. 0200 for a couple of minutes and let it autoroll. the channels should come in in at least 10 or 15 minutes.

i had the same issue with my TP rolling back after i changed it but when i got my quality and signal set to a acceptable amount it didnt make a diff
