Hi dbonghauler and welcome to ABA!! Look in the links in this post near the rose and one of them will take you to the coolsat "help page". Be sure to read all the "sticky files" for your stb it will really help you. Sorry but the support for that stb is not as good as some of the others....so you are going to have to have more patience than most. I've stopped using mine, but they are still working. Let us know how you are doing and if you have any other questions. Remember you'll have to upgrade your membership in order to download the files that you'll need. Good luck to you.

 welcome to abadss the best site there is for fta,coolsat 5000 we call it the old horse,is sort of old but still working it used to be the best receiver without any problems;now the suport is lausey but stil works.there is a lot of info for this receiver in the coolsat help section go there and read as much as you can, that will help you a lot,if any dought alweys ask,some one will get you the right answer.
