Hello and welcome. The dish isn't the best thing to use for what you want.

Re: new and green
Welcome! You have discovered a great place for FTA. Also, for the "green", Reading is the best remedy, like one of the great mods said, "read, read, read"- in more than just the 'newbie' section, your receiver's forum-lots of good things at ABADSS, enjoy!

Hello and welcome to ABA! So glad to see that you are a VIP member, you will not regret it. The SV4000 is a very good receiver, with great support. The best thing to do is start reading, reading, reading!! The "newbie" section is the first place to start, it will help you get started. Then go to the drop down box in the upper left hand corner and click on SonicView and it will take you to SV help page...go to SV4K "help section" and look through all the posts from members and be sure to look at the "sticky" posts also. You'll be surprised how fast you will learn! Good luck testing!
