Wow, what a nice welcome. I read posts more than I post. I feel I can
alot from others questions and the answers they get. I am new, have a CS6100- Bad freezing- every few minutes. Last upgrade to it was
about 3 weeks ago.

I have been thinking about changing to another receiver. I read a lot of good stuff about ViewSat.

Have 2 CS 6100.

Any suggestions?

Welcome to the site,I have a cs6100,the file was released today to fix your box.It is in the file section. At the top left of this page you will find a drop down box,in that box click on Coolsat and you will find all the files you need.If I can be of any help let me know,the 6100 is a good box and is still supported.

Hi and welcome to ABA! There are alot of members here testing CS6100. Try looking in the CS section (drop down box in upper left hand corner) go to the CS6100 "help section" and be sure to read the "sticky" files there. The "newbie" seciton is also good to read. Don't forget the "FTA Glossary" tab above to help out with words that you don't understand. Good luck to you and enjoy testing!

this is much more than just a place to get files. it is a community with dedicated members,
forums for just about anything, social groups, your own profile page, access to a weekly poker game,
and too much more to list.
make ABADSS your first stop for everything fta and you will be rewarded with much more.
reading is the best way to learn, use the search option to find posts related to your specific problem.
if you still need help post a question in the proper forum.
helpful hints:
* read and understand the site rules to guide you through our many forums.
* hard reboot with the switch on back of your receiver solves many minor issues.
* before you unplug your receiver, or disconnect any connection including the
switch or lnb ALWAYS REMEMBER to turn the receiver off using the switch on back of the receiver.
you could burn up your switch or mess up your settings if you dont.
* post your type of receiver, your antenna settings, and explain your problem well to receive the best help.
* you need to upgrade your membership to access the files section on this site. this can be done by
clicking upgrade membership at the top of the page. it is free to join the site, ask questions and receive help.
you can upgrade at any time.
* hijacking threads is confusing and not wanted here at abadss. see the site rules to understand
better about hijacking threads. to avoid this start your own thread in the proper forum
if you have any questions.
* this is an informative and friendly site devoted to the fta hobby. the members
and moderators will be glad to help in any way they can.
