Visiting Super Mod and Site Staff/2 Sites
Hello to all the members at ABA,several times I have visited this site and thought it had avery good board and the site really rocks****er freindly and a plus for our hobby,now that I have paid for a membership I will be here alot more often probally daily.I have read many of the talk between members and it seems that your family here is a tight bonded community.We don't find this to often,in this hobby Kudos to the entire site and all the members.
If I can help please let me know I usually help with new installs and hardware however not limited to just this,fairly knowledable about most issues with the operations of sites.Thought I would just say HELLO to all and hopefuly this will be a good place for me to help or hey even learn.To all have a great day and keep star gazzing.

You are very correct about other sites not getting along....I belong to 4 other FTA Forums & the mirc chat... And all you seem to see is newbies being Belittled,snubbed, & otherwise looked down upon by vets and mods... I love this place and every one here.... Everyone is treated equal and newbies are NOT EXPECTED TO KNOW EVERYTHING...no one does !!

this is much more than just a place to get files. it is a community with dedicated members,
forums for just about anything, social groups, your own profile page, access to a weekly poker game,
and too much more to list.
make ABADSS your first stop for everything fta and you will be rewarded with much more.
reading is the best way to learn, use the search option to find posts related to your specific problem.
if you still need help post a question in the proper forum.
helpful hints:
* read and understand the site rules to guide you through our many forums.
* hard reboot with the switch on back of your receiver solves many minor issues.
* before you unplug your receiver, or disconnect any connection including the
switch or lnb ALWAYS REMEMBER to turn the receiver off using the switch on back of the receiver.
you could burn up your switch or mess up your settings if you dont.
* post your type of receiver, your antenna settings, and explain your problem well to receive the best help.
* you need to upgrade your membership to access the files section on this site. this can be done by
clicking upgrade membership at the top of the page. it is free to join the site, ask questions and receive help.
you can upgrade at any time.
* hijacking threads is confusing and not wanted here at abadss. see the site rules to understand
better about hijacking threads. to avoid this start your own thread in the proper forum
if you have any questions.
* this is an informative and friendly site devoted to the fta hobby. the members
and moderators will be glad to help in any way they can.
enjoy the forums and come back often!
