needs a crew chief. i like jr. i also like tony but he aint his dad. let him change the tires or something, to keep his job but get jr. a crewchief, then he'll do better.

he ran good yesterday and he could run good today, and yes he is GOOD. but for shrub to be back in it, 3 guys have to be out of it, thats the only way he can get back in it.
