What is amazons fix!?
I am new at this and I have the captiveworks 650 classic and the new fix is something called amazons fix, what is that? My box has been scrambled for about 3 weeks now 
and I really need a fix but I've never had a fix called "amazons" can someone please help me understand what this is?

Amazonas is a South American satellite with mostly Brazillian channels...the fix is not for DN as it says in the text. Also welcome to ABA!!

You'd have to point your dish at that satellite which is 61W..depending if your in the footprint...also you'd need at least a 30" inch dish
