I am a newbie and want to get my receiver to work. I currently have a dishnetwork dish on the roof and i am paying for the subscription. I recently heard about FTA and decided to buy a receiver. i have a captive works 650 receiver. Can i receive the same channels as dishnetwork with the same antenna? How do i set up the receiver to work with my current antenna?

i have the latest bin on my receiver and i have those antenna settings what do you mean by scan for satellites? what else do i need to do?

go back to antenna settings and press red button on remote
once that is done put on a channel press f1 on remote and 000
