HELP ME IN THIS!!! 650 classic please!

I already download to the receiver the factory bin, and the new bin v.139 but when i turn on the receiver it saids NO CHANNEL. What i need to do?
Its a new one! i need to install a channel list or something??

You need to do a scan

I assume you are hitting 110/119 or 82/91 so just select your sats and scan.

tell us what sats you are pointed at and we can help with the setup

ok i dont need to put or use any thing call's Channel Master or something?

no just auto scan
when you go into antenna settings and use the post above look just above the signal meter and make sure it says found the same sat name as you are setting up

It was already there!!! my father has his 600 receiver upstairs with no problem of signals !! but downstairs its saids no signal, or signal weak in mines!!! in this new one its saids NO CHANNEL.... but i cant make the scan because of that!!! maybe its bad weather i live in puerto rico!!! a storm its near us!

two antennas, two lnb's, from then a cable goes down to my receiver! but i buy another one for my friend ,and its gave me this problem of signal!

ok now i have signal!! when i scan it saids in 110 sat for example : 32/32 thats the number of channels???

the only thing its thats channels dont appear in order!!! for example de 500 ppv appears other channels ? when i scan i need to said yes only fta channels or NO???
