Good Morning Everyone!!! 
Yes, Peggy is right, there will be a huge cook out here at my place... even got a few coming in and camping overnight for it too, so no need to worry about the no drinking and driving part... I run a clean establishment here!!! 
Let's see... on the smokers, we will have some wild hog (2 of those actually) some venison, store bought ribs and a couple of beef roasts (6 I think)... all that will be slow smoked for about 2 days... pardon me... I had to get a towel for the drool... I didn't want to get it on the keyboard.
And... on the grill, we are going to have hamburgers, hot dogs and sausages. wrapped corn, potatoes and sweet potatoes and green beans... BTW, if you haven't tried wrapped grilled green beans... you do not know what you are missing!!!
In the drink department, we will have about 8 or 9 of those great big huge boating ice chests fill with ice and all kinds of beer, which is BYOB. We will also have soda in one of them as well. Gallons of sweet iced tea... homemade, not that crappy instant sh!t... made just like gramma in the lowlands used to make... slow to boil, add a pinch of soda, cover and let it steep... best tea EVER!!!
I get to man the bar again for the mixed drinks, as everyone seems to like how I make them
I need to measure and set the horseshoe pits and stakes today and put up a new backboard for the dart board.
The course is set for the Poker Run and tomorrow the guys will go out and set up the clue stands, this year we have it set at 100 miles with 30 stops... should be fun!!
Fireworks after dark.
I think that is about it.
Weather wise, we are looking at less than a 20% chance of rain for Saturday, so it looks to be a lot of fun!!!
... now, who all is coming?!?!?!!??
