Good morning ABA Family! Yes it's true, this is the last day of August!! Happy Monday
Happy birthday or ABA anniversary to those of you celebrating your special day today.
Just4U should be coming home today, hope he had a great visit and made it back safely! That goes for all our members that are headed out on vacation or a journey, be safe and come back soon!! Hey Fossil, did you set a wedding date???? I am assuming your bride to be did say yes!! lol
Hope the weather is better for everyone....no storms, fires almost out, everything back to "normal"....should be close to 90 today. Have some long appts today so I'll check back with everyone later. Have a great day. If you have to go to work, be HAPPY, there are so many that don't have a job right now!!
Let's remember our Troops, both at home and abroad, and their families. Let's all say a special prayer for their safety and for the health of our members here
at ABA who are battling an illness, injury or who remain on the mend! You are always in my thoughts and prayers.
LLWS results: Wow, what a game!! Chula Vista, California are the new Little League World Series Champions!! They won 6-3 against Taipei today!! Congratulations to all the teams for their efforts!! Mexico barely beat Texas 5-4 for third place! Lot of pressure for those young people....great job!

It's always a pleasure to read your posts, Ms Peggy! My squashes have overtaken the garden, and the delicious heirloom tomatoes are now going to many friends. Wow, I just bought several 4-pound cantaloupes at Wal-Mart for 33 cents each, and they had plenty. It's been a bountiful year for healthy produce, and I hope you all have had some.
