No I will not. These flu shots are only out there for the drug companies to make money on you. Flu virisus mutate so fast that the stuff they give you, is most likely useless anyway. Most doctors don't even get flu shots.

As I am not in one of the "high risk groups", I feel someone more deserving could benefit from my

dose. My mother used to take us every year for flu shots as a child, with no ill side effects. I have no

worries about getting flu shots. I have more fears from aliens and big brother scooping me up in

the middle of the night in blacked out helicopters. I now have to repair the aluminum foil helmet I'm

wearing that blocks out the voices........

There has not been enough time to do any sort of trials that could give any true data IMO.... Sure they may have short term data (maybe 6 months worth if that?), but what are the long term implications?

Also, doctors recommend pregnant women not to eat most types of fish and not to give children under 2 years fish because they may contain mercury.

Why would I allow them to inject it in my children?

Just out of curiousity how many doctors have you talked to? The reason that flu shots are given basically on an annual basis is because new strains of virus's are discovered all the time. With H1N1 some people are dying within 24hours of showing symptoms, 13yr old boy in canada. It's just a poke in the arm dude.
Then again, I forgot americans have to pay for health care, what does it cost to get a needle?

I think if people trusted the benefits outweighed the risks, they would gladly pay to have the shot no matter the cost.

I believe you miss the point. Having to pay or not...it has not had time to be proven to be safe...and a lot of people believe it is more of Government and drug companies propaganda.

hell no i will not ever get that shot. i read all bout the vaccine. government is using scare tactics on the population to make them get it. in certain places already they are trying to force people to get it. if this vaccination is forced on you its no good.
your immune system is able to fight off practically anything.
its a major discussion at the water cooler at work & 90% of my immediate coworkers will not get it.
its a flu like anything else just all hype. they say its free but someone is paying for it? who is benefitting from it. drug company that made the stuff.

I never had a flu shot, probably because there is 5 to 6 different strains a year and they have to guess which on is going to be a problem, so the shot you get may or may not be affective. As for the h1n1, I am not in the age group that it is affecting the most, so no I guess I won't.

This is why we have these super viruses. We kill off all the little ones and our bodies forget how to fight anything. I will not get it. We have h1n1 all around us and I am fine. I never get the regular flu shot either and I never catch it.
