Good morning ABA Family!

Today is All Saints' Day (Dia de Todos Los Santos) also daylight savings time ENDS.

Welcome to a new month, yes it's already November! Hope everyone remembered to move their clocks back one hour. I'd like to take this time to wish our all November babies a very happy birthday, just in case we don't have your birthday and miss your special day. Let me know if you have a special celebration coming up....thanks. That also goes for all our November ABA anniversaries. With this many members, it's so difficult to get everyone, so let me know if your ABA anniversary is in November, thank you.

Happy 3 year ABA Anniversary to CDO_CARE, one of our great Mods. Thanks for all you do for us here at ABA, looking forward to celebrating many more milestones in the future.

Hope everyone had all treats and no tricks last night for Halloween, and hope it was a fun time for all. We have several streets in town that shut down to vehicles and make it "pedestrian only" for 4 hours. It makes it safer for all the little ones but it also makes for a huge turnout!! lol The estimated count of ghouls and goblins is over 1,000! Now that's a lot of candy given out!!!

Weather wise, we've had some surprise fog, but should have a sunny but cool afternoon. Full moon alert!!

I think it's time to get in the mood for turkey day in the US at the end of the month. The busy holiday season is upon us. I'm not sure that Santa is going to be bringing much this year, that's ok, it's time to think about the true meaning of the holidays and not worry about gifts, except gifts of love. That's something we can all use more of.

My thoughts and prayers go out to our "band-aid" group; the Penasse Family, the BigEvil Family, Mcdoogle, Moe, Zeke, Gooly, Tomcat, Tiger, Lakers, Meme, LuckyLady, RedWheez, Fossil, Victor Hugo's wife, Olga, Ricknsusan, Acredream's Family, Johnnybluedawg, Redlich51, Snakebite, bat01, VGiddy, dt8350, and chefkrh. Thank you all for keeping them in your thoughts for a total recovery from whatever they are going through! As always, special prayers for our Troops, both home and abroad, and their families.

World Series standings 2 games to 1 Yankees! Looked like the Phillies had them again, then the Yankees took off and won game 3. Again we have lots of sports for everyone today. Don't forget the chat box for the Nascar race with Jell and the gang, it's so much fun!!

Keep that positive attitude and a smile on your face, love and laughter in your heart and you can do anything! Have a wonderful Sunday, and make sure you have your clock set correctly....after all, we did gain an hour of sleep...lol

Good Morning Peggy, Good Morning Roll Call Crew, and Good Morning to all here at ABAdss. Sunday here in southern Cali. it will be a sunny with a high of 87. Good Morning Everyone!!

I hope everyone had a scary good time last night. Me, I went to the Lodge and helped out with the party they had up there. It was fun and a great time was had by all!!

I will be watching the race, but unfortunately, Jell must endeavor to survive without me today. My truck needs a new serpentine belt before it strands me someplace, and my bother is putting a new one on for me. He is a Jr (88) fan... he has an entire room filled with collectible items... and he has a huge 60" tv!!! It will be nice to watch the race without any freezing. I will miss you guys today in the chat box, but I need my truck fixed!!
... it is a small price to pay... right?

good morning peggy and all ABADSSers!...not quite the Hallowe'en turnout as we had expected...normally we have over 200 kids knocking on the door...last night,less than 100 showed up...lots of sick children or flu paranoia had something to do with it...well that's it,it's official...going to store the car for the winter...i'm going to miss her until spring...i hope everyone had fun last night and enjoys a restful Sunday...peace...chachi...
