Good morning ABA Family!!

Time to sleep in....and for Chachi, the big game for his nephew!! Good luck, let us know what happens. Go CND!!

Happy birthday or ABA anniversary to all our members that I might have missed....like Clarencegriffit's birthday yesterday, hope it was a great day for you Clarence!! (We did celebrate your two year ABA anniversary last Wednesday though).

Sunny but cool....rainy weather is on the way somewhere, sometime....I'd make a great weather-woman...lol I shouldn't pick on them, they are right sometimes...lol Looks like snow is on the agenda for some of our members...stay warm and be safe.

The big surf has arrived and the Maverick's Surf Championship "window" opened as of November 1. Now it's watch and wait and see. They have to have two to three days, when the surf is at it's highest, they announce the competition is open and surfers from all over the world show up. Last year it never happened...there were a few days of anticipation, but the waves never got big enough. The surf has been exceptionally big the last few days...so it may happen!

Hope Just4U is enjoying his "out of the country" company, that is if they have arrived already...lol Have fun!

You still have time to sign up for the ABA NBA Fantasy League....PM Zekester with your e-mail address and he'll send you an invitation, the draft is tomorrow morning, unless it's been delayed due to lack of teams. It's free and fun!!

It's more important than ever to keep that chin up and maintain a positive attitude. There are too many things going on in the world that's trying to pull us down. Just remember you are all in my thoughts and prayers and I wish each of you a better tomorrow. Let us know if you need some extra wishes or prayers to go your way and we'll add you to our list. Zeke found out he will have to have surgery on both knees!! He did it up really good! We all wish you well ZZZZ!! TC had his MRI last night, so let's hope it will help to find a solution for his back pain. Let us know TC.

Special prayers go out to our Troops, both home and abroad, and their families, especially at this sad time. My heartfelt sympathy for all the lives that were recently lost at Ft. Hood, and for the many lives of our Armed Forces that are injured or lost each day.

Talk about needing some laughter in our lives....I think we can all use that kind of medicine. Hope you remember all the benefits of laughter that I mentioned before.

Try to get up in the morning and tell yourself you are happy, even if "yourself" argues with you that you aren't happy!! lol If you smile enough and act happy enough it can trick your brain into thinking you are happy!! That is a fact...lol So put on that ABA T-shirt and a big smile!! lol Everyone around you will appreciate it, and I know you'll feel better!

good morning peggy and all ABADSSers!...beautiful morning here in northern ontario...highs of 10C...perfect football weather...game starts at 2PM...gotta hit the buck store for noise makers for the kids(and me)...lol...did i ever tell you guys I LOVE SATURDAYS...it's my only rest day so i truly appeciate them...if the race starts early enough tomorrow i'll be heading to the chat box...hope each of you has a marvelous weekend...enjoy...chachi...
