doesnt the law of our land say INNOCENT TILL PROVING GUILTY?

the guy hasnt been tried yet. he was arrested & in jail.

if he is found guilty then we can jump all over him. if he is innocent then we would owe him an apology .
we must be fair in our society we cannot jump to conclusions from a news report.
