viewsat ultra users please help

Hello everyone.
I bougt a viewsat ultra reciever it was working great
but now is been down for a week.
I have tried every posible thing to get it running
autoroll on and off factory default new bin auto and blind scan
all i got is the home channel and no picture on any other
channels. signal and quality is fine
any sugestions? thanks in advance

TRy loading the keys in manually,and if your Bin is up to date your all set

What sat's are you pulling in? DN or BV

If the file is up to date, turn autoroll on and put receiver on channel 200. You may have to wait almost five minutes for the receiver to roll. If you are on bev, put receiver on channel 500. You might have to reinstall file and try again, do not change channels while you are waiting. Let us know.

when you try and load the new fix and the factory make sure when you are finishing the down load watch the lights on the receiver to make sure it said end not failed you loader will say it is ok but make sure to watch the receiver because failed will only stay on the frunt of receiver for a few seconds .if so i will tel you where to go from here. good luck .wish

After a proper download it should only take a couple of mins tops to reboot its self.
If you are still having problems turn the switch on back of receiver off and back on to see if this helps with reboot.

I am on Bev. I tried putting the receiver on 500 and also tried reinstalling the file, still no luck...any suggestions? i do have the new bin.

Ppv's On Bev Are Gone, Do You Get Other Channels?

I thank you all for your time and help.
peps i did try to load keys manually and i find out that one line of active keys
was on -09=00 the other line was on -88=01 i do not know how that hapen
thi is what it look before 00 i deleted line 00 and i put keys in the correct number
with autoroll off. i save 08 turn autoroll on and is working fantastic
09= active keys
88= active keys
