how come everyone is looking for a bev update. I'm on 119&100 everything is good i have a dish for bev but never watch it to much better stuff on 100&119 if you ask me

B3v did their ecm thing and so you have to see if there is a new file for your receiver. Go to your receiver discussion area and look for an update. Everybody have a nice evening.

I have pansat2700a and can not see where they would have the file.

Look up your current Bev settings write then down, and then get the new DN settings and write them down. Now set the elevation to the new setting, you should be close, verify that you have the correct satellite on the receiver setup screen, peak the dish on a weak transponder for best Strength and Quality. The receiver LNB settings are the same, just select the satellite in the satellite setup menu, blind scan it, watch TV.
If Bev's ECM completely successful, you can expect DN to implement it. so the above fix may just be temporary, but it doesn't cost anything, except your time.

Soleassassin, I have DN and had bev, I like them both. If I go too long without Canadian tv (yes I am a Canadian) I go crazy. We like to watch Canadian news now and then. I like dn because it has lots of movies, I like bev because it has lots of stations that run reruns of CSI and stuff. The kids like teletoon, family and such. I also like that on bev I can watch Passions anytime I want not just at 3:00. That's just a few reasons.
