what could be wrong?

I have a viewsat extrm , We just put new fix on it .. it was working at friends house now it says searching signal ... what could it be???

Make sure you got cables hooked to right inputs, If they are crossed, you get no signal...

Hey junk, I figured after she did the reboot and it still said searching for signal, that wasn't the fix. Well, this is one we'll just have to wonder on. If members would let us know what fixed there STB'S, man, would that be ever so helful...
