guys i did factory set and then d/l 7.0 and 8.6 ...(110 and 119) sat,,but have tried several times to b75,,,221 and it always says failed,,,,what am i doing wrong,,i using blacklist stb 1.3...should i be using a different loader,,,,,please help

a Dallas do you have and original 2700 or a converted one?? Loader 1.3 is for pansat's 2500 and converted to 2700. Loader V27.02 as peps said is for original 2700.

have a question about my pansat2700a, got it last week it scrolls the b75 when I turn it
on. have downloaded bin221 did the smart scan and got a lot of channels on 110 and 119 but only the nasa is showing a picture, tried entering the codeusing grasshoppers instructions but in parental control I have 3 lines old pin, new pin and verify pin, no going to Nagravision (used 0000 for old pin and new pin also 8282 for new pin without any results) read in another tread about bin problems related to not being able to turn off the stb the oly way I get it to turn off is with the switch on the back using the remote I get other numbers in my display..is my bin corrupt? any advice is greatly appreciated.
