FTAPros??!!

I ordered a Viewsat Ultra from FTAPros on Friday. According to their site item would ship within 24 hours. I live just miles away from the store, so there should be very little delay in getting the shipment.

It is now Wednesday night with no sign of the package.

I have got no follow up, no shipping info, no tracking info nothing. I have emailed them 2 times now and used there online support request, however I have also got no response from them.

When I attempt to call them no one answers and I get transfered to voicemail. Once I hit voicemail it tells me voicemail is full!

Whats the deal! Are these guys going out of business? Where is the customer service? I certainly expected much more seeing as they are a sponsor.

Anyone have any info? Anyone I can call?

Call me stupid, but isnt that the shipping companys falt? What good would a tracking number do if the package is lost or misplaced? Sorry.

I would have just drove and picked it up and save the shipping charges and time.

Thats assuming its been shipped, I wouldn't know since there has been no communication from them. If thats the case then I would understand, but not knowing whats going on is the issue.

I would have to if I had time, but between 12 hour work day + School makes it impossible... Unless of course they are open at 11 PM

well not sure of other problems.but you ordered it on friday.so friday/sat/sunday don't count.
so its been mon/tues/wed so far.thats only 3 days.i wouldn't be worrying to much at this point.

PM me your order number, I will check with them for you. Too many members here did business with them in the past, no one had any problems with them. Next time PM me first, before you start bashing them

GH is right many members myself included have deal with them twice and have had great service both times and you get the real deal not clones.....

Thank you all for your responces and concerns. I wasnt bashing them, only stating facts to see if anyone had a connection with them so I could get info on what was going on. I was just worried somthing happend and I wouldnt be seeing my item or money.

I finnaly got a responce from them today at 1:30 AM (im sure due to this post), they said to allow for another couple days (much longer then it should have taken, next time I will try and pick it up myself.).

Im sure in the end I will get the item and will love it and have loads of fun playing around with FTA.

I didnt want it to come accross as bashing, I was just worried.

yeah have no fear.fta pro's is no online store that would stiff you.at time i am sure they are very very bizzy as they have a great reputation,and allot of people are dealing with them all at once.
they are top of the line GRADE A all the way.don't even think about not getting your receiver.it will be there.and you will be very happy you got it there.as it will not be some junk clone.
very smart move from buying them them.you will see.

I just spoke with the owner, USPS gave them such a big problem at the moment. But he will care of it for you.
