have memory stick. now what?

got the 6100 coolsat. awesome. friend programmed it for me. now i have no channels. in fact i cant even get out of the menu. whats up. think i erased the info i had downloaded. i have memory stick but do not know how to download off of computer or what i am supposed to download. any help would be appreciated. thanks

thanks for the help. i subscribed for 1 year and downloaded these 2 files to computer. another ? i can find the files on computer but have not the slightest clue how to put on memory stick. thanks

thanks for the real useful info jc. still could not figure how to put info on stick but the everything else listed in you instructions. did not insert stick in reciever but somehow all the channels came on after restoring to factory default. 403 channels correct for bell? thanks

After you download file, unzip it and save to desktop. Now, go to desktop, right click on the file, now click on send to. Inset your Flash stick in your USB port, send to drive g or h whichever port you have your USB flash stick in. It will appear on screen as it transfers. You can now put the Flash stick in your STB and load bins this way. Let me know if I can help you any more...
