If you scan it one more time without doing factory reset, you will get triple channels. Do factory reset, resetup your dish setting and rescan it

ok if you have dish 500 with a DP TWIN lnb then you need to change lnb type to DP
diseqc 1 for echo 7(119) and port 2 for echo 8.10(110)
then do your sat scan.but like GH says.be sure to delete channels first so you don't get duplicates.

110 is echo 6,8/ 119 is echo 7. and remember to do what arboristman said and change your lnb settings from single to ocs-dp
