where on this site does a person go to ask questions about updates i am fairly new here and i have looked everywhere to find a place for some info... please help me thanks

i am looking for help with an update for my viewsat... apparently i was told by the person i purchased this sat from that i need an update so i can view all the chs... but like i said i am new i really have no idea what i am doing here .. i bought this thing 80 kms from here i live in a small town and i can get a few chs but none of the ppvs and just a few other chs i am getting.... i thought you where not supposed to ask question here and i was just trying to find the correct place to do so to get some help with my sat without being in the wrong place and upsetting any one... i am a rookie at this so pls be patient thanks

At the top of the page you will see the word ariza in a box with a drop down arrow beside it. Click on the drop down arrow and select viewsat ( your STB type ). Click on GO, You will be taken to the viewsat section, here you will choose your make viewsat and either go in discussion section or download section. The download section requires you to be a VIP member, this is where all the files are kept for all make STB's. Follow this link if you would like to become a VIP member...

After you become a VIP member, you can then get all the info on downloads. In the discussion section, you can get info on step by step for loading files into your STB. Also you can ask questions on your make STB and our membership will help you...
