in my opinion, the dss guy is a paid promoter of FTA and a traitor to all testers. He leaked the 101 hack, which he knew nothing of nor anything about, to look like a knowlegeable coder (which he is not) to the FTA manufacturers. He basically betrayed confidences to be 'first' and a 'hero'. Had he not leaked it so early we would have been way ahead and able to recover from ECMs sooner. He feeds on attention and has grown way too big for his britches. WOW, that was a mouthful!

I know this cos I had been watching TV on a 101 card for months before it was leaked and it was only a few more weeks from going public. The true hackers wanted to recoup their investment and finetune everything before releasing it. It got leaked and all was lost.....they bailed.

To this day I cannot fathom why folks still listen to thedssguy and follow him blindly. I guess there are more morons in the world than I origionally thought.

He will tell you right out he isn't a coder. He leaked the hu hack which lead to years of dtv viewing. He must know something if dish has him in court. He is who he is, but he keeps people informed.
