After input serial key, press yellow button and it will shows serial number.
But, after finish IKS setup, when you go into IKS panel, it will not shows serial key.
Even it didn't show serial key, box already saves serial key. so press disconnect button (Green) and connect button(Red). If message shows "invalid serial key" means you input wrong serial key. IF shows "Ethernet connect or ready to channel change" means it works.

Cannot find serial number, a 23 digit number which is required to setup the receiver. All I have on the box you gave to me with the receiver in it is a 13 digit number. Can you help me?

which item you bought?
If you bought Neosat Pro + Adapter, serial number attached button of the network adapter.
If you bought Neosat Pro only, there is no serial number because Pro doesn't have eth

My neosat is on it's way.what will i need to connect to router,i'm not wireless,should i buy a cable to connect to router???

If you are buying a PRO +Adapter then follow advice from post here using the adapter included with your unit. If you are getting IPRO2000 you will need to get the wireless adapter or a wireless bridge.

yea ARB., that's what I meant on earlier post when I said I had not figured out how to get the emails to the forum. I guess I knew you would fix it if I screwed it up, you always do.lol
