vs ultra problem
i i download the file PFTAUSW-080104U that mention not for bev for viewsat ultra because i have dn and bev my receiver gets locked and i can`t go to the menu or do anything its locked any help please

Go back to bin that you had or factory bin then load bin 080104-1

turn receiver off via back switch open loader and select factory bin , turn receiver on at the first light in the display hit download and wait till finish, try that and let us knows.

Did you try a hard boot? Turn switch off and back on. It's on the back of the receiver

use program called loader 2 and connect to your PC with the reciever load factory default....then load the last bin which is PFTAUSW-080104U-1....and you should be fine.

the problem is i`m using usb and i can`t from channel to other it freeze

turn switch off on back then on then change channel to dn before the b*v channel freezes the load in new bib with -1 at end

Use the channel switch on the reciever to go up and down after hard reboot.

after you turn it off then on from back switch you have to change channels quickly or it will freeze up again , it worked for me.

Yes, download the VSU FAil Fix package.
Then upload the contents of that file to your unit via the Loader 2 program.
All of the directions are contained in the link I had posted.
