useless info
i am running a 90cm dish /w a inviacom quad...2 digi switches working 2 viewsat ultras one is hookd to my tv and the other is hookd to my tv tuner card in my desktop so i could watch tv while im on the computer...i noticed when i have both on on a side by side comparison the audio on the one hookd to the computer is definataly faster than the one on my tv....when tuned to the same channel.

That is weird and I would surely want to understand why. Did you try switching receivers, wires or anything to find out where or what is causing the difference?
Also could you let me know what types & brand of switches that you are using. I'm presently trying to find a 4 foot dish and Invacom Lnb to install, I live in Northern NB and I have to get everything via internet, there is no dealers for miles around.

same here. but i got one in the living room, and one in the bed room, the one in the living room is like 2 seconds faster. maybe 3 LOL.

I use to have that with dish receivers. It had something to do with dvr in one receiver(it was the slow one). The other did not have a built in recorder.

i never tryd switchn em..its a coax cable nightmare here with all the radio equipment and the tv dx antennas and satellite cables...if i droped the coax id never find it again...haha

Have to ask if you have a motor on the dish how did you get three hookups, It seem as I can only get 1 because my DiSEqC 4x1 is after LNB and before the sig motor, Can you place that after the motor to the receiver?

ok heres my setup a viewsat ultra going to a hh90 motor going to the digi switch /w 1 circular and 1 leniear port from my inviacom quad.....and my other viewsat just goes to a digi switch that came /w it can the cir and lin ports remaining on the lnb...

Different components process signals (video/audio) at a different rate.
My livingroom TV displays video/audio about 2 secs faster than my bedroom TV
