Providers given up???
Let's see,
with the fast response from all the coder teams to the latest ecm from both B** and D***, do you think that the providers have finally given up?
Do you think it is time now to purchase a HD stb......and watch free tv for at least 12 months and more with little or no hassle........
your educated responses are encouraged.....

Re: Providers given up???
I can only wish they have given up but history has proven that they are as persistant as the coders. They more likely have something up their sleeve, so we'll have to wait.
It wouldnt be testing if it was that easy

Re: Providers given up???
Agree 100%.....
or it could be just the calm before the big storm.......
the stream loggers had indicated that the latest dn ecm was going to be real difficult...but coders looked after it quickly..

Re: Providers given up???
They have almost unlimited funds to affect a solution to their problem, remember they are charging folks $40 + a month just to re-transmitt signals with ads which have already been paid for by those ads.

Whatever happens, be thankful for what we have had so far: a wonderful hobby, the learning process, and hours of frustration followed by joy!
