it's a balmy -27c on the ice at lake laberge this am, had a hell of a time trying to keep my fishing hole from freezing over, but brought 5 nice lake trout home. stayin in for the rest of the day, waiting on an old bud flying in today,bringing me much needed fuel and most important ,green stuff from BC. watchinbev today.

well from all i read about gooly he must be the sites most northern member? lake lebarge is where gooly?
glad im here in sunny tucson dont need heavy winter wear and parka and sled dogs to keep my 3 dishes working for sure.

lake laberge, depending on the route is approx. 200 plus k north of whitehorse, less in the summer months.it's a hard trip in the winter as i'm far off the beaten path. i lved down south some 20 plus yrs. ago and would not trade places with you for all the tea in china.

ok gooly yes i was right about the sled dogs as i sure dont see a lot of roads on the map of the yukon way to cold for me but enjoy those trout and be sure to keep those home fires going

Just make sure you test that Tea from China for Lead..........LOL
