i am sorry that u are going through the same experience that i did.mine is ongoing since 3/3/08,and still going.i've been buying boxes from the blackbird was introduced.some was shipped from canada,and some i got right here in america.this is the first time that i'm made to believe that i lost my money.there are other sites which i contribute and believe me,they would not tolerate.(what i termed as blatant robbery}.i hope thst all these people who are promoting FTAPROS will continue to have sleepless nights.

INVOICE #12017 OR #12062 ORDER#46677845 OR #46597785 like i said,i received [1] of [2] which one i cannot say for sure.i received only one of two orders.i was billed for both. order dates 2/3/08 &2/4/08 thanks for taking my compliants seriously.

Same problem here ordered 3/1/08. nothing....sent 4 emails, tried to call...nothing. Just a little puzzled that these things are happening, but yet the ad is still there for others to get tangled into this web of what looks to be lost orders, but more importantly lost money.

JUST RECEIVED FIRST EMAIL RESPONSE FROM THE FTAPROS. IT STATED THAT ORDER HAD SHIPPED. 3/16/08

Hey GH
Order # 48970915, on 2-29-08 was delivered on 3-11-08. The CW800 is up and running great, but instead of a Visionsat IV200 PVR I received a Quad Polar Legacy 4 LNB. I feel for the gentleman, but as I said in my PM I am moving on 3-22-08 I would like to know how I go about swapping this LNB for my Visionsat which is paid for. My email may be down temporarily in transit not that I expect an email from FTA. I would like to hear something from someone. Help I also have a nagging wife.

Here's a new twist on all this. Right after i posted first message I sent another email to FTA. I got 2 emails back from them in less than 10 minutes stateing that my stuff was shipped out today USPS Priority, should be here in a couple days. I'll keep my fingers crossed, at least this should cool the wife down. There may be hope for the rest of ya'll too.

Seems to me that most people who visit their site would assume that "SHIPS IN 24 HOURS" means just that - it ships within 24 hours from receipt of order.

Payment takes time to clear??? I would wager that virtually everyone on this site who has writen in these forums about their difficulty in receiving orders from FTAPROS paid via CREDIT CARD!! No doubt you have purchased products online and I assume from FTAPROS also, did you not pay with credit card? - when you checked out did you not realize that your payment had ALREADY CLEARED and that you were provided with a transaction number or approval number??

You are not alone in attempting to come up with excuses for this company - almost all the moderators and site helpers have made similar statements or excuses to try an
