Having Problems with your orders from FTAPros - ABA DSS

Hi all,

As of now, I have seen too many posts about our sponsor (FTAPros) concerning late shipments, merchandise not received, etc... the problems started during the move to their new location, also his help quit and he is a little short-handed right now.

After I talked to him today, most of the orders were already sent out and you should be receiving it soon! If you don't receive it withhin the next couple of days, come back to this post and let me know. I will look into it

I, as well as many other members here have done business with them in the past and was really happy with their service and I wouldn't recommend them if I didn't think that they could do the job. So give them a chance to provide you with your satellite needs.

How about when they can ship to other addresses beside billing address on the Credit Card.

I ordered back on the 14th of Feb. still aint got nothing. While I am a fairly patient person (look at the hobby I do) I am starting to get a little concerned. I went FTA Pro's after researching and hearing what everybody has said here. I understand that he (FTA Pro Guy) has got screwed by his help

but I would like know if its shipped or not.

Well got mine last night and YES it's wicked cool. Thanks FTA Pro you came thru.

I too have an order which i placed on February 8, 2008 and i have not received anythign from FTA Pros as of yet. I've e-mailed and called, but nothing. CAn you shine some light on my order or have them contact me via phone or email? Thanks in advance.

that's good to here GH but today is the 25th and my order wass made on the 5th and I haven't get it yet,tha's a lot of day for delay.......

I truely hope you guys here at "Abadss" understand why most of us are worried, no answer to calls and no reply to emails, At least if we heard an update from the actual FTA Pros store, we might feel a lil better, but instead they choose to not answer calls or reply to ANYONE!!

Guys, I know you all must be very concerned with your orders (especially those who've been waiting since the beginning of the month) but like grasshopper said, they've shipped most of the orders out already. It will take a few days for them to arrive. So just be a bit more patient for now and let's not flood the thread with "i ordered on xx-xx-xxx" posts.

If you still haven't received your items by the end of this week, THEN report back

kurly: Mike Cho from ftapros DID reply on another website telling us about his move and such. I guess he is too busy to answer the phone and email. You'd rather him ship out your items than answer 30-min complain calls, right?

i started a thread a week ago and tried to sort this out, let everyone tell their side of the story. most of the post were not complaints but concerns about shipment. so now everyone knows why they are late shipping out the products. when the site details say ships in 24 hours and three weeks later no stb then people got a little concerned. so please bare with them people and u will recieve a great product just a little late.

Just for mthe record, Im not to concerned as yet, although I do agree it only takes a few minutes to send er'one an email. In my email I can send out 50-100 in a matter of minutes. I also ordered my neo ipro 2000 on the 14th, email said I would recieve within aprox 3 days, heh:? Oh well, Im an understanding person to some degree, BUT, whats with this free shipping? I was charged $28 for shipping? [b]CORRECTION: the extra $28 was for extended warranty, My apologies and disregard the sucker stuff, LOL. Also, since Im editing my post I';ll let er;one know the mail just came with my box!! Look out , get outa my way, actually, Im not sure where to begin. Hmmmn, maybe my ip has sucker written on it, lol. No biggy, I just hope it arrives before to long, as well as er'one else's. If they support this site, they could have copied and pasted that email on this site as well?? Oh well, Im not going to waste my time on something I have no control over, just keep our fingers crossed, pray drink lots of beer and take a sedative, lol

$28 for shipping? Where are you located? Perhaps free shipping only in the US.
