VS ultra please help

I got a VS ultra and it works fine on 8.10, now i was trying to instal a second lnb so i can get echo7, but definitly i do samething wrong because i supost to get like 6 HBO and much more but i don't. Can anyone help me with this PLEASE, i can start over if somebody can tell me step by step what to do. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Are you using a Swich? Have you change the antena settings for Echo7? Did you scan the Echo7 sat??

and your antena settings should match these...

119. ECHO 7
LNB Power: ON
LNB Type: Standard (For dish pro set to OCS)
LNB Freq: 11250
22kHz: Off (If you have a 22kHz switch, turn on)
TP Freq: 12339
Diseqc 1.0: Port 1
Motor: Off
Legacy SW: None

Press F1 to scan the sat TP . EXIT and save changes.

Go to next sat

110.0W Echostar 6,8
LNB Power: ON
LNB Type: Standard (For Dish pro set to OCS)
LNB Freq: 11250
22kHz: Off (If you have a 22kHz switch, turn on)
TP Freq: 12224
Diseqc 1.0: Port 2
Motor: Off
Legacy SW: None

Press F1 to scan the sat TP . EXIT and save changes.

Yes i'm using a swich, the same switch thhat come with me viewsat.

Those switches are pretty cheap, this might be your problem.

OK, make sure that you connect the LNB in the right ports and that your antena settings are correct. Then all you need to do is scan the sats.

the only thing that i can't cange is for 7 is TP Freq 12224 and if i try to chande it the close i can get is 12334.
And for 8.10 (110) if a cange the Diseqc - port2 i get quality 0-50 but if it stays on port2 i get very good quality. Thank you very much Apocalypse_67 for trying to help me.

Keep the cable as short as possible if you are using the switch that comes with the unit.

sorry i mean change, and if i stay on port1 i get quality

and another thing on me LNB it doesn't say witch is for 110 or 119, but both work because i tested separately

what is skewed? Sorry boboisno1 for all the questions but i'm not to good at this. Thank you very much for trying to help me.

That's what this place is for asking questions, ask as many as you need. Skew is what you need to do in order to get both sats at once. If the dish was a steering wheel it would be like turning it right or left. How did you attach the new lnb?
