Smile 31' dish

evening all, I have just come across a 31' fortec star stationary dish(good cond), with a uln1 0.4 db lnbf attached and already coaxed wired. I would like to put this to use, but what sat's can I use this for. I will be using a cw600prem stb. I live in the southeast(if it matters), so will aiming be a prob? thanks in advance for any help. surfrat

That's a linear LNB so you'll be good catching 121W, 97W,95W,123W,101W (just to name a few) Make sure you set the LNB to Universal on your antena settings.

That's a linear LNB so you can get all the Linear birds with that setup, here is a brief list for the most popular circular and linear birds:

Now a 30-31 inch is a bare minimum to get these linear birds, their signal is not very strong so you might have some trouble getting them in, that's why we recommend the bigger the dish the better, here is a site that will tell you the dish size requirement for a specific bird according to your location:

I would try and get Galaxy 10 @ 123W it's a great sat and it's got great programming and never goes down, but the dish size might be an issue.
Give it shot anyways.
