Hello everyone.. I am new to all of this.. is there anyway you could tell me how to download the files and drives to reboot my VS thanks..

Hello and welcome. File downloads will require a membership upgrade. VS units are fairly simple to update, especially if you have an ultra, then all you need to have is a usb thumbdrive and about 30 seconds of time to install the latest fix.
